 Boost Your Workout AND Results

► Increase in Endurance
► Increase in Caloric Burn
► Increase in Running Speed

Steve and I recently discovered a killer fitness tool to boost performance and calorie burn that will bring any workout to a whole new level. It’s the world’s ONLY weighted compression shirt called Titin. No bulky vests or attachments. You don’t have to hold onto anything or clip into anything – your hands are completely free and you are totally comfortable to do whatever you want to to in or out of the gym!

Versatile • Comfortable • Effective

TITIN shirtTitin compression clothing is simply a heavier version of a second skin – especially awesome for athletes and fitness enthusiasts (HUGE with CrossFitters & athletes) who want to boost performance. The Titin shirt distributes weight evenly all over the body. Since the weight is in your shirt, you can increase the intensity of exercises you normally can’t change like burpees, mountain climbers, plyos, sprinting and jumping.

Not only can Titin clothing boost your workouts, the pliable weighted gel inserts can be heated or frozen to stay hot or cold for 35-45 minutes.

20 Creative Exercises to Add to Your Fitness Library

bord at the gymWorkouts can get really boring – if you LET them (key word: LET). Of course, for many of you, how boring your workouts are greatly depends on how creative your trainer or instructor is. As a boot camp trainer, it’s my job to research new ideas, workouts, games, exercises and tools to make our program the best program possible – all while keeping workouts fresh and fun. Many times that requires a little creativity – especially if you are limited on equipment or space.

Build Fitness ToolsSteve and I love to think up new ways to work muscles using untraditional methods. We also love shopping at Lowe’s in search of new tools to make for our boot camp (like the sandbags & battle sticks we made this weekend). Why? It’s not because there is a shortage of effective traditional exercises or equipment, but because we know not everyone has access to a gym or can afford a $4,000 piece of equipment for each body part. With that in mind, we try to develop ways for you to enhance workouts at home, in the gym, or while on the road, so you can have more variety to choose from without having to invest in a ton of equipment.

Whether you work your self out, or you are a trainer looking for some fresh material, here are 20 untraditional exercises to try out!

30 Days of Motivation: No Gym, No Problem

Since I have many new followers, I wanted to pull out one of my favorite workouts to share with you. Many people tell me they either workout at home, or they travel a lot and have to workout on the road. Well, if you thought not being a member to a gym was a good excuse, it’s not! Although a gym can definitely boost results and give you more tools to help you reach your goal, you most definitely can do some serious damage at home – just with your body weight. Here is a workout that demonstrates how 4 simple exercises can kick your butt. Enjoy!!

No Gym? No Problem!

You don’t have to be a member of a gym to get results. People workout in their backyard, basement, garage, driveway, office and living room. However, people still use the excuse “I can’t afford a gym” or “I don’t have any equipment”. If that’s you, I’m here to change your mind.

The fact of the matter is, you don’t need a gym to be healthy. Can it help? Most definitely. Could it be more fun? Sure! The variety a gym offers is very valuable – BUT if you don’t have access to one, it’s not the end of the world.

Somedays, my gym is my living room floor or the pavement – and it works. Here is a killer workout that uses nothing but your body and the ground. So, NO MORE EXCUSE!

Ten-Four, BCx Workout
This workout consists of 10 reps of 4 exercises for 10 rounds. Put on your tennis shoes and join Steve for this insane workout.
