12-Minute Muscle Rope Workout
FitFluential LLC compensated me for this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
You’ve seen them on the Biggest Loser, you’ve heard of them being used in some of the toughest military training camps in the country, and you might have even tried them in gym class, but can a gym climbing rope be a good training tool for your fitness program?
My answer: Yes, IF…
Ropes Training is an awesome addition to any workout program:
IF… you get quality ropes like Muscle Ropes and
IF… you learn how to put them in an effective workout routine
Why? Because if you get crappy ropes you won’t use them. And, if you don’t know how to use them, you won’t use them. The key to success is not just owning a set of ropes, it’s using quality ropes in a quality workout that delivers quality results.
Here, Steve Pfiester gives us a sample workout using a 25-Foot Muscle Rope Climbing Rope at our gym, Max Fitness Club.
At our gym, we do a lot of functional exercises to build strength while challenging the cardiovascular system too. Muscle Ropes are one of the most challenging fitness tools we have at the gym – and you can easily see here how they can turn an everyday workout into a fat-burning, muscle-building, heart-pounding workout in a jiffy!
Watch how Steve uses Muscle Ropes in his workout to build intensity (as well as add a little fun too).
