What if I told you that you can get fit by just playing with your balls… Swedish balls, med balls, slam balls. Fitness tools like these are very effective, providing variety and resistance that is different from standard weights and machines.
Variety is key with challenging your muscle fibers in different ranges and depths to cause adaptation and change. And, the most affective way to cause change, that will force your physique to improve, is to overwhelm it both aerobically and anaerobically simultaneously. This high intensity training is very effective in creating tone and burning fat. Follow me through the following workout for as many rounds as possible in ten minutes. Keep track of your rounds and do this workout as often as you like – and watch your body change as you improve.
