Yummy Low-Cal Bagel Thin Sandwich 

1 Everything Bagel Thin (100 calories)
1 TBSP Light Veggie Cream Cheese (35 cal)
2 oz favorite meat (100 calories)
1 slice of light cheese (60 calories)
Top with thinly sliced cucumbers, tomato, onion and lettuce (5-10 calories) and a sprinkle balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste

Enjoy a very filling lunch for under 300 calories.
