  1. Love plyometrics!

Coincidentally, I have a post scheduled to run tomorrow about plyometrics and have used nearly the same title (guess it was a bit obvious!). When I saw your post, I was unsure as to whether to run mine or not, but I decided to go ahead and I’ll send readers your way for an extra plyo workout!

  2. This is easily my new fave workout Bonnie! I’m SO much better at Surfers & Double Unders aren’t as daunting as in the past 🙂 Although Steve is Mr. Pro at them :- That’s a perfect Begin-the-Week workout & End-The-Week-Workout…. Now I’m trying to find a way to make a rotation on my iPad and my Galaxy Nexus phone, so I can keep them all in a loop! Happy Friday Girlie! Keep em coming! :))
