  3. Im 5 weeks pregnant and I wanna keep my buttock and thighs just as they are right now. Any help?

    • If you are already active, you can workout (as long as the dr approves) through your pregnancy. I’ve had aerobics teachers teach all the way to the day of delivery. However, you don’t want to start a new program if you haven’t been working out, but you can do most everything you have been doing – especially the first 3/4 of the pregnancy. Deep squats and laying on your stomach will be out, but there are tons of things you can do for sure! 🙂
